About Siraaj Hospital Health Insurance Program
Siraaj Hospital is launching an innovative Health Insurance Program to make quality healthcare accessible and affordable for our community. We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Media Officer to lead the promotion and public engagement for this transformative initiative.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive enrollment in the Health Insurance Program
• Create compelling multimedia content (videos, infographics, testimonials) explaining insurance benefits
• Manage all program-related social media platforms and digital campaigns
• Organize community outreach events and insurance awareness workshops
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop educational materials about coverage benefits
• Design and implement referral and loyalty programs to increase membership
• Monitor market trends and competitor insurance offerings
• Prepare regular reports on marketing performance and enrollment metrics
• Serve as the program's media liaison for press releases and interviews

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field
• 3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Proven success in social media management and digital campaign execution
• Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Excellent communication skills in Somali and English
• Ability to simplify complex insurance concepts for public understanding
• Valid driver's license for community outreach activities

• Experience working with health insurance or community health programs
• Knowledge of Somaliland healthcare landscape
• Photography/videography skills for content creation
